Meet the Founder
I'm Stephanie — spin + strength coach, and Powerhaus founder. I created Powerhaus because I know what it feels like to walk into a gym and feel lost. I’ve lived through illness, trauma, and reinvention. I’ve also seen the magic of a room full of people cheering each other on. I believe movement is a celebration — and Powerhaus is where we’ll celebrate together.
